According to the latest report from the SOFTSWISS anti-fraud team, in the first quarter of 2022, the aggregator’s campaign to combat illegal gambling saved the brand’s customers 2.8 million euros. During the first three months of this year, the service focused on investigating suspicious activity in online casinos. The department reported that over 75 “serious complaints” were handled during this period.
Anti-Fraud Team Leader Anastasia Vyshynskaya said that SOFTSWISS has been looking for an effective tool for a long time to provide the highest level of anti-fraud support.
“The results of our work demonstrate that we are always focused on improving our services. For example, one of the innovations that we are working on with research groups is the introduction of artificial intelligence into team workflows. This step will allow us to eliminate manual checks, as well as speed up the processing of requests and the identification of suspicious activity.”
At the end of 2021, the SOFTSWISS anti-fraud department noted that the total amount of confiscations amounted to 14,000,000 euros, which is 40% more compared to the previous year.
These results, as explained by the company, are evidence of “the effectiveness of the service aimed at ensuring security in the daily work of the gambling industry.”
Last week, SOFTSWISS conducted a large-scale study of the attitude of its customers towards the products of the aggregator. Users of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator took part in the survey.
The audience was asked to evaluate various aspects of the brand’s work (the maximum score is 10). The final average score was 8.2. The survey also revealed that 90% of users are satisfied with the SOFTSWISS products offered to them.
