Raw iGaming has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the British studio Leander Games. The amount of the transaction is not reported, as well as the conditions for the transfer of software products and online platforms. However, this is a big step for Raw iGaming to go global, as Leander’s customer base includes players from all over Europe and South America.
Tom Wood, CEO of Raw iGaming, commented: “This is an amazing opportunity for our company to combine our patented SuperSlice innovations with one of the best platforms in the industry, as well as gain access to the studio’s gaming products. Now we can offer our customers hits like Ave Caesar, Alibaba, The Forty Thieves and many more.”
Tom Wood added: “After meeting with the management of Leander, we realized how forward-looking the studio is and is focused on creating quality content and high-tech gaming platforms. For this, a staff of first-class professionals has already been formed, long-term and ambitious tasks have been set. We will provide all the necessary support, as well as help in the distribution of the released content and the conclusion of new partnership contracts.”
Stephen Mazell, CEO of Leander, also commented on the deal: “We are thrilled to be part of such a large company and start a new chapter in our development. We plan to combine Raw’s innovative vision with our market-leading platform, as well as integrate new software products and innovative content.”
Oakvale Capital LLP provided assistance in processing the transaction to the operators. She is also looking for new deals for Raw iGaming. The company does not plan to stop at buying Leander and is looking for other opportunities for further expansion.
