Playson has signed a distribution agreement with Kiron Interactive. This partnership, according to the press service of the supplier, will expand its presence in Africa.
Under the terms of the deal, Playson’s selection of slot machines, such as Lion Gems: Hold and Win, Wolf Power Megaways and Solar Queen, will be made available to the continent’s regulated operators through the Kiron platform.
Blanca Homor, Director of Sales at Playson, commented: “We have identified Africa as an important growth area for Playson as our diverse range of games is suitable to attract a wide range of audiences. This potentially increases the involvement of local operators.”
She added, “The partnership with Kiron is an important step forward in our ambition to break into the continent. The company has a strong reputation in the region and its impressive network of operators provides significant opportunities to deliver our games to more users.”
Stephen Spartinos, Assistant General Manager of Kiron, added: “While traditionally casinos and slot machines have not been part of our core business, our position in the market, strength and innate knowledge of African territories has given us the opportunity to develop our own offering. This partnership with Playson provides us with a great opportunity to expand our range of products and services. We sincerely look forward to a strong and prosperous relationship.”
With a presence in over 30 countries across the African continent, Kiron will help Playson expand its games reach across Africa and beyond. This is confirmed by some eminent experts in the field of global gambling entertainment. In their opinion, the union of the two brands will have a positive impact on the development of the African gambling market.
